Gliding, which has first been practised by Mindy Mylrea, has become popular in many countries, especially U.S. Gliding, is a programme which unites aerobic and strength exercises and aims at fat burning and firming. In this session two disks are used in order to activate several muscle groups at the same time. During the session, which resembles ice skating, fat burning and firming are provided through different levels. |
