In this session, which is at a beginner level, we start our journey with breathing and continue with improving our strength, flexibility and balance. At the end, we experience “deep relaxation” firstly physically, then spiritually.

Doctrine Pre Natal Pilates

You can attend our Pre Natal Pilates from your first to your eighth month of your pregnancy. Our confirmation of your attendance application, depends on your doctor’s advice. Because of speciality need, we accept maximum 4 attendants in a session.

Gliding, which has first been practised by Mindy Mylrea, has become popular in many countries, especially U.S. Gliding, is a programme which unites aerobic and strength exercises and aims at fat burning and firming. In this session two disks are used in order to activate several muscle groups at the same time. During the session, which resembles ice skating, fat burning and firming are provided through different levels.
